Apparently plants make decent art supplies

I spent part of today sitting against the roots of a tree, staring into space and drawing. Mainly because the friend I was there with had left to go see another friend (and I don't blame her- I'm a bore. She also hasn't seen that friend in months).

I ended up experimentally trying to draw with various parts of plants.
Here are some results:
(Names are crossed out because I'm not sure about all of them. Bonus points if you can guess what they are.)


My friend's younger sister is allergic to artificially dyed stuff.
So I'm planning to collect these same plants again (some of them, at least) and attempt to make her nailpolish out of it, because she can't use normal stuff. However, I hate nailpolish, so I don't know how well it will work out. I: The two that are a burgundy color won't work, though, because they stain. I know because my fingertips on my right hand are still tinted from crushing it up.
