Doing this one a little bit early
I would use Navi for this one, but to be honest, I don't find her annoying. Instead, I'm using Ashley Graham from Resident Evil 4. The game is fine up until the point when you rescue her. Then she starts following you everywhere you go, she gets in the way of your gun, and if you shoot her, which isn't really that hard as you will get frustrated at her at many points throughout the game, or gets hit even once from an enemy, she dies, which will cause you to restart from your last save. That is why I award the President's daughter, Ms. Ashley Graham, the award for most annoying character.
