Rescued a Kitten <33

So, apparently my parents heard meowing coming from the strip of forest separating our yard and our neighbor's yard yesterday morning. So my mom got home yesterday afternoon from work, and we come to find out that yes, it's a small Kitten hiding in the woods o-o There were no other kittens, no mama kitty, just this little kitty meowing, hungry, and alone. We try to get it out from the forest line (It's THICK forest, not some trees), and I try and go in after it D: The cat is small, obviously, and runs through the forest easily and I'm like being strangled to death by vines XD But after waiting 2 or so hours with laying tuna and water out on our driveway (thankfully the wind was blowing the tuna's scent into the forest), it draws that cat out and my mom catches him.

So we get him inside, he's meowing and scared, we feed him and get a carrier for him. He starts calming down and finally gets to sleep, and I decide to name him Calcipher, from Howl's Moving Castle because I LOVE that name XD He's a little gray kitten with white feet. But why name him Calcipher? He has a golden spot on the middle of his forehead XD He's soo cuute~

That's what I was doing yesterday XD Right now little Calci is sleeping in his bed between my arms as I type this XD Sooo cute~

For some reason, he does remind me of Calcifer, even though they aren't the same color scheme XD

Still, love the name you gave him, and he's pretty cute <3 Glad you rescued him too. I wouldn't want to think what would happen if some animal abuser came along and found him O_O'

Well, the cat is grey, like ashes.. and fire creates ashes. XD It could fit that way.. I loved Calcifer's character, so it's a cute name~.
