I'm inclined to say C, because it's a light style and it looks fairly simple.

One question though. Will it be resized so the banner works for people with smaller resolution screens?

A has Garchomp looking quite vicious, and this variant features the best-looking font used for "The PokeCommunity Forums"

B - The Poliwhirl and Poliwag look cute under the leaf, with other Pokemon enjoying a brief drizzle in the moonlight.

Excellent work. :) Personally, I would enjoy C even more if the slogan's font is retained as is, and "The PokeCommunity Forums" is imported from banner A and recolored red or something.

In order for preferences; ABC.

I would have chosen B, but it needs some colour tweaking, especially making the background closer to black / adding contrast cause I don't remember it looking that washed out when you showed me last time.

But yeah, as stands now, A would look best for a theme in my eyes. C is a little bland / way too big, not just for smaller resolutions but also the fixed width themes which is now the default theme...

I like them all~!

But probably in the order of CBA.
