So That's Why!

I'm just going to rant here because I'm pissed, so unless you're interested... xD;

But anyway.

I was just reminded why I don't take requests.
My god!
So this girl offers me 225 gold for a request on Gaia- and my running rate is in the like, 10-20k's normally.
Fine, we're friends, I'll do it for her for 225.

So I make her a graphic, and she REJECTS it! Like, I say "y/n?" and she's like, "nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn"
Rude much.

I'm like, trying not to rip her throat out: "Well, at least she told me she didn't like it." Right?

Fine. So I make her ANOTHER one.

Now I just spent an hour on that last graphic, and I don't do well when I'm pushed to soak on photoshop for an hour + another just because her 225 gold wasn't freaking satisfied. But I'd like to think I'm a nice person. At least, to my friends.

So I spend ANOTHER hour on a second graphic.

And she's like, "... I think I'll use the first one."

WHAT.
WHAT.

Yeah.

I remember why I don't take requests anymore.

I can understand why you wouldn't do requests if someone like that asked you to make something for them.

I was about to IM you about a new shop

Never do anything for anyone on Gaia, no matter how much pixel gold they're willing to throw at you.

That fails like ass.

You should, like, slap her across the face next time.

People just don't appreciate the work that goes into GFX until they do it themselves =[
At least you got some more work to show for the time you speant right? And 225 gold pieces to boot XD
