grr grr rawr rawr rawr

ever since sony vaio care had me do a special defrag / system cleanup / etc. my computer has been running slow and and AND it messed up some of my files

e.g. one of my sims's saves was messed up

oh and for some reason now Not Myself Tonight produces an I/O error

and i have no backup to restore to ._.

Computer problems are rampant this week.
