Day 21: If you lived in the Pokemon world, what would you be?

The Pokemon world is sorely lacking in professionals who specialize in the auditing and criminal investigation of firms and individuals suspected of engaging in fraud. I would fill this void and help end the Pokemon world's reputation as a haven for tax evasion, money laundering, Ponzi schemes, and insider trading.
The first thing I would investigate is the lavish spending of the Pokemon Leagues on their facilities. How is the League obtaining the money to build veritable palaces for themselves while the region's infrastructure remains in such poor condition? I would also look into price gouging for bicycles in Kanto (why should a bike in Kanto cost more than an exotic sports/luxury car - or ANY car, for that matter - almost anywhere else in the world?) and Super Potions everywhere (why is it that an item that costs half as much heals more HP?)
