Suddenly I'm in a good mood.

I use to live in Kansas when I was like 6 but my parents split up and I moved with my mom back to New Mexico. When I turned 17 I moved back up to Kansas. When I left Kansas I said good bye (I think, I don't remember >.<) to my best friend thinking I would never see them again. When I moved back up here they no longer lived next door and I could not find where they moved, except the town. (which happens to be the town I work in and go to school). I forgot about it. Its a town of 50,000 people, not that great of a chance of finding her, or so I though. (I looked for a couple of months but I've lived in Kansas for over 2 years now, I had given up.) Yesterday I walked into Little Caesars to get one of those "hot 'n ready" pizzas, and well there she was. I didn't recognized her, but she recognized me after 14 years. I'm flattered. She must have liked me enough to remember what I looked like and then even call me out when we meet. I am seriously thinking about asking here out on a sort of date to catch up on the last 14 years. (Man I feel old now. )

Tech stuff now:

I have written HTML pages before but its another thing to actually upload it to a server and then visit it from a url rather than opening it up in a file explorer. On a side note FileZilla must not like me it kept disconnection from the server, but oh well everything has been uploaded. :) I am now officially a webmaster :D

Instead of asking her out out there, why don't you ask if you can take her out somewhere within the town she lives in? And then maybe during that time, take her out there. ;)

I know you've had some rough times, so I'm glad things are looking up for you.

Man, just do it. Catch up. If she remembers you, then she obviously figured out she might have liked you at some point in life...so play the card and see where it lets you land. Can't know what something does until you try sometimes.
