It appears that Apple may be moving their anticipated release date of Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) up a little bit. When Apple first previewed Snow Leopard at WWDC 2008 (June) they old everyone to expect it to be available "In about a Year". Well in a speech made by Jordan Hubbard, Apple's Director of Engineering of Unix Technologies, at LISA '08 (or Large Installation System Administration Conference) it appears that Apple has now slated it for release in Q1 of '09 thus making it conceivable to hear an announcement or even a demo release At Macworld San Francisco '09.
