I was actually having a semi-goodish day before I went to by my wireless bill at my local AT&T store today. I went and paid at the kiosk like I normally do, but when I got to the final screen after swiping my debit card and entering my pin it said "I'm sorry, this form of payment is not available at this time." So I tried it one more time just to be safe, and this time the payment went trough totally find, and I went home. I got onto my bank account online just to make sure everything went through alright and my payment was processed BOTH TIMES. Stupid friggin AT&T took $160 out of my account now! Which now leaves me with less than enough for my car note which is due to be taken out of my account on Friday. Anyway, I called AT&T customer service and they apparently can't do anything right away, they had to give me a stupid friggin case number and took down my email address and they will mail me when the issue is resolved. So thank god my mom understood and she put in some money into my account as a placeholder until the funds were put back into my account. Anyway, it just really annoyed me. I mean I love that company for giving me access to the wonderful device called the iPhone, but I hate them for their crappy reception and crappy customer service.
I swear...if Verizon ever gets the iPhone I am going straight back to them.
