To be honest, he's the one who started this whole 'photo editing' thingy for me. Even though I got acquainted with GFX at PC and started engaging myself in all this gfx stuff, he was the one who tried to pursue me into using it before I was even a part of PC. In short, he's a lover of art. Much like you or me. ;]

The only touchscreen smartphone I'm looking forward to is windows phone 7. Though my current phone(motorola razr v9 or something is falling apart on me ;o;)

I'll probably be on a Pay as you go scheme since we have too many standing orders to really add another one to the mix, as for topping the phone up...that will be my job!

A pay-as-you go iPhone is like $700 (£500ish)

He's...I'm not too sure what was on his mind, actually. Because there are plenty of smartphones out there that can function just as well as the iPhone in terms of apps and operation. but he's quite stubborn to think that buying me an iPhone would actually benefit me a lot.

An iPhone 3GS would roughly cost us about £420 give or take, to be honest it's the version I'd actually prefer to have compared to the latest version.

Well if your dad is being stubborn, tell him you already love him.
