My own Battle Tower trainer card inspired by Lornami :O

Well, I was running through a thread when I saw Lornami's signature card, and I loved it. So I wanted to see if I could make one on my own, or at least try, based on her design. I'm a novice spriter and really not that great, but I got some parts together, mixed this 'n' that and after about... 3 or so hours (most of it finding the supplies, heh :|) I made this. XD



Featuring my current Battle Tower team. (Yellow Hat the Uxie, Jet Stream the Garchomp, and Aridity the Scizor) I obviously can not make a back sprite so I just settled for regular, but I'm pretty proud of myself. Usually I'm always relying on Malyka for signatures, themes, etc. And this is about my fifth finished pixel creation (that relates to Pocket Monsters) on Paint, so yeah. :D Not incredible or great by any means, but I'm satisfied. d(' 'd) Although I hope Lornami won't be like "Mother fudger stole my design. >:|" If so, you probably won't see this entry or this ever again. ^^; Lawl. D: Although I'd never take requests or stuff like that, so yeah. Needless to say, I had a blast making it. I'm probably not "back" into spriting yet, unless I have the urge/time to base things around this current team. XD; And my first, and only, Pixel Art gallery thread was ... well, not the --- it was a train wreck, let's be honest. That aside, I feel accomplished. :D

No I'm not mad you tried my design~ They're so much nicer than big bulky cards anyways! You pretty much arn't gonna use your game if you havn't had all the badges so there's is no point in putting them on there.

You actually gave me an idea. The back sprite is interesting, but you do need to see the trainer. I guess I can probably overlap them...

So the only flaw with it is that I don't know how weird it'll look 6 Pokemon long.

Thanks! XD Glad you approve. And eh, six would be a bit long, the problem I had with over two was the space for gender. (That, and my background doesn't match well with male) And perhaps you can, keeping back sprite to one end, and trainer to another?

Oh I didn't notice that you didn't have genders. I suppose you could put it by the Mini-sprite, but it might look a bit cluttered.
:o I just overlapped them. Made me a trainer before I went to school today. (And did not find my DS.)


If you give me some info I'll try and make a backsprite for you. >_>; I say no requests on my thread because if I do them for hacks they're animated and I'm too lazy to do all those frames. ;_;

Well at least I have my Platinum that I can start from. I need to restart because my traded pokemon won't listen to me. :d More incentive to get my WiFI working so I can bum some pokemon for breeding projects off people. XD! (Forgot, NEED another DS first. D: I can borrow my sister's if she'd stop play Disgea.)

Just a general description of the person. :o Like what exactly is on the bandanna and is the hair (you'll see more from the back) fluffy or straight or what-not.
And is the jacket basically Volkner's?

Yes, the jacket is Volkner's, but just colored steel blue. (along with darker shades of it)

Black/brown hair, regular hair behind, kinda like... average, straight hair really. The bandanna should cover a good portion, I think. Blue bandanna with two markings ">" and "<" gold.
