  • As mentioned in my previous blog in day 2, Day 3 is expected to be pretty packed. But then, it turned out it wasn't as packed as I thought it would be, but I will admit that my emotions were running wild.

For a long while now, Buoysel and I have been in the talks of going to Worlds of Fun, which is an amusement park located in Kansas City. I wasn't really into them as much, seeing as I used to live like… 3-4 hours away from Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. So, my rebellious roller-coaster-riding side has worn off and needs a bit of adjusting. Before arriving to Kansas City, I've done some research of the Park, and it looks like Worlds of Fun had…soooo many pretty good roller coasters. Some of them pretty daring to ride on, others are…yeeeeeah I think I'm gonna pass hahaha.

Honestly, I will admit I was a little nervous…but I've always told myself I should dare to get on, especially the Boomerang, but sadly it was closed today.

After exploring the park a little, and getting some grub, we went on our first coaster: the Patriot. Upon arriving, I warned him that I am more likely to scream crazily like a little girl. Ask him about his current hearing after reading this…he will tell you. :P Then to the Mamba, which is one of the tallest & fastest roller coasters all around, and when you get on top, you'd actually get a good glimpse of Downtown Kansas City. The maximum height was 200 feet. Imagine that. On both coasters, yes, I got nervous, yes I screamed SUPER LOUD, that I couldn't hear myself, and yes, at the end I was like "YEAH LET'S DO THAT AGAIN". I'm such a weirdo.

We left the park a few hours later, only to get back to Buoysie's apartment to take a long nap. We planned to go see a movie together later on in the day, so we wanted to rest up a little before then.

If you guys haven't seen Furious 7 yet
    Spoiler:

I'm approaching day 4, and I'm the one that kinda planned this day for Buoysie. I'm going to be COOKING! Took me about two weeks to plan a really good meal that he will like, plus I wanted to bake him a cake. So I'll be spending most of my time in the kitchen doing just that. Hopefully that day will last, because it's actually my last full day in Kansas City, I'm leaving Monday early morning back home to Houston.
