Internet Problem, Again

My internet connection is having problem again, that after the internet packet's quota decreased since several weeks ago, even downloading some videos occasionally makes my internet hit the cap too quick that I'm unable to use my internet connection right now (I'm currently writing on mobile connection though), even when I try to conserve. That makes my parents, and myself, surprised, and my parents forbid me to buy a new packet as we're waiting for the new net which is not coming as of yet, because the quota is running out quickly in about three days, rather than about ten days last month, and I've spending too much money on buying it that it goes beyond my money spending plan... Actually, this month I've planned to buy Pokebank and Pokedex 3D Pro, but unfortunately, I have to skip them because of that issue :(

Sadly this means I have no choice but to undergo semi-hiatus again, and I'm unsure when I'll become fully active at PC, but I will fully back, someday.
