Hey IWD, sorry but I haven't finished inserting it yet... The tools I used weren't working so well, though I have changed the names, movesets, base stats, types of Piplup - Empoleon already. BTW, haven't you changed the backsprite of Piplup? Also, should I give you the updated (only the movesets etc. not the DP PC & Mart) ips file?
PS: You really need more people to work on this hack...

Cool we got a new member! hey if ur done inserting the d/p tileset for poke center and mart then send the file to me and i will get to work with the maps. since ur replacing the original starters with d/p starters r the original starters nt goin to be in the game?

It seems Advance Map isn't wanting to cooperate with me.. you might want to wait; I don't want to screw the ROM up, so I'll going to experiment with a few spare ROMs of mine.. sorry for the incident.
