excuse me, my haunter is now 55lv but still does not evolve even when he is wearing blackglasses
does anyone know the exact level for haunter to evolve to gengar? thanks
it appears that just setting the item to blackglasses wont work. meaning that haunter will not evolve... this will be fixed for beta 3.
Well you could always delete old tables such as the music table (the FF thing was a joke XD)

Oh and in any PC if you push "a" on the spot where the move relearner is it will activate, whether its there or not.

PS: I'd like to report what I believe to be a bug, which I haven't seen anywhere in the thread nor in the walkthrough's bug report:
Goldenrod's Radio tower has Rocket encounter theme as BGM evenbefore the invasion. Now, if this was already reported, or if it is intencional, please accept my apologies... =)
that is actully intensional but i dont want it like that if you get me LOL. i know how to fix it i just didnt do it yet.
you need to give it more level variety for instence the first two routes, all the pokemon are only lvl 4 make it to something like 2-5. But the rest of the game is perfect:)
yes i agreee. the levels do kind of jump about a bit.
I found a bug at goldenrod when team rocket invades it and you go to the basement where you battle your rival if you save in that area the doors close and you are trapped.
i was afraid of that. no worries though, i can fix it.

I found the game to be extremely easy, especially later on. Kanto gym leaders should have Pokemon in the higher 60s. I suppose the low levels are for accurate remake but I really think the game lacks any challenge (just like Crystal).
well i know this is an issue and i have the perfect solution to mkae it harder, longer and the level span accross the whole johto, kanto and orange islands. if you want to hear ill tell you xD.

Me and my bro started today...I really enjoyed playing this hack...
But...
After a certain point, dunno exactly when...
Whenever we checked the summary of our pokemon, the screen just went BLACK, and the game had to be reset, this is annoying especially since it meant that we couldn't learn ANY move onto our pets, including HMs.
We are currently using the newest version on no$gba 2.6a or something.
Is this a glitch only with no$gba or what!?
We were using no$gba because of the 10% disaster setting which makes the game speed around 300-700% which I'm pretty sure is not possible with VBA.
Any suggestions?

use VBA. after all i dont support any other emulators. also it seems that quite a few people are having this problem. try getting a different ROM. its FR v1.0 btw. not 1.1. at least thats what A-map says LOL
Try Visual Boy Advance. It's way better imo.

A few bugs I've noticed. (Not sure if you know of them already)
1. When your doing the red Gyarados event, you don't even need to go up the route and beat/capture Gyarados to trigger Lance going to the little store and finding the stairs to the Team Rocket Hideout. If you just got to the town and went straight into the shop, Lance is there with his Dragonite confronting the people.
2. The Team Static grunts say Team Aqua? Instead of Team Static.
3. When I'm in Olivine Town, I can't fly anywhere untill I go up and reach the route.
4. I can't fly to cinnabar and Pallet in Kanto.
5. You can walk on the water in a lot of places.
6. What's with the random weather? lols (Not a bug, Just a Question)
PS. The game is WAAAAAY to easy. I literally beat the whole game with just Typhlosion. Even Red (I Pwnd him, lulz). I only needed help killing Lance's Hax Kingdra. lols

2. thats because it used to be aqua lol. i must of missed some.
3. yes i realised that. it will be fixed for beta 3 though. same with 4. and 5.
6. its a placeholder for the weeks days. if you notice there is 7 different weathers. the weekly events happen in different weather.
i know the game is too easy. i have the perfect solution to ake it last though so dont worry :P it will feel like playing a different game in beta 3 :P. well kind of...
Im pretty sure the "I cant fly to ___" thing cannot be resolved since there is only a finite number of landing places and therefore some had to be relocated to account for Kanto/Orange Islands. If that is the case though, I would suggest Cianwood to be fly-to-able as its a bit out of the way.
im working on that. that limit will be pwwned big time and we can have unlimited flight posistions :P
