Well I've never really proclaimed otherwise buuut I have had quite a few people confess to me like that in the past, it was very awkward and kinda saddening to know how they felt was just pure unrequited love, because I found it so hard to actually have proper feelings for anybody and those who were interested in me often just found themselves disappointed. Still, it's nothing that talking doesn't solve in a major scope, so I'm thankful for that.

Soo..yes! On topic; I *have* confessed my love to people who haven't felt the same way..and I also have been in love with someone who thought they loved me but didn't, you know? Kinda poopy situation, but I got over it.
Right now I'm sorta loath to use the L word with any seriousness nowadays because I've been hurt in the past; but I think one day I'll be ready to use it again.

Yeah, once. Obviously the poor girl didn't know me as well as she thought she did. I was happy to remain as her friend, but never anything more.

No-one's ever confessed their love to me- I tend to fall for people who have issues declaring their feelings. Being the shy, insecure person I am, I don't like to make the first move- the one time I did, it was reciprocated. But I guess earlier this year, before my ex (the one I confessed to XD) and I broke up, I told him that I loved him and he didn't really respond in the usual way. He told me that he was unsure if he really knew what love was, and I had the urge to dropkick him. Two and a half years of my life, dammit. XDDD;
