Good! I see effort on your game, just wait to see mine! BTW: Did you change any battle script? Because your game screen is the DS's, and I'm thinking about changing my resolution to the DS's but the battle looks ugly. I don't like the Gen 4 sprites shrinked to 120x120(60x60) so I changed to 160x160(80x80) but everything on battle meses up!!!(cordinates) ARG, i got very angry! and I can't decide which resolution I want.

Yes I changed the screen size to DS size using a script and just changed the pictures to the style of D/P although the backgrounds that you seen in the are distorted images of the original ones to an extent...It all depends on what style you're trying to go for I guess. Or you can design your own like Wichu did.

There is no set date for a beta, but I do plan to have one some day.

i have to say you are really good at making games i like digimon world alpha and pokemon carbon they are my favorite games on here and im really excited so good luck with both of them and just wondering if i could be a beta tester for either of the games

Yeah I've gotten that alot. I just thought I'd go with something a bit different for the male instead of hats, although the emo look wasn't what I had in mind when I was drawing him up. I like it ;)

yeah, the game is back, (sorry if that is a bit late), anyways, I like the new characters, except for that one piece of hair that covers part of the male guys right eye, other than that I think they could pass for official work

What made you choose that type of battle background for the game?

In all honesty I just go back and forth between Ideas I have at the time and post them to get other opinions then I choose the best option based off the most positve opinions for that Idea...I have a few new Ideas for the BG's that I'll be posting come next Update.

The new characters look great. I really like the clothes both are wearing- I like both the style and the colors you went with.
I'm not 100% sure on my opinion on the male hero's hair. I don't like the back the way it kind of puffs out. I like the emo fringe but its the back (the 2 triangles on pointing side ways) I'm not sure if I dislike or not. I'll wait until I see the overworld sprites.

Yes it has that's my fault though. I haven't been doing much work on Carbon for the past week or two. My attention has been directed at Finishing up Raptor so as soon as that's complete I'll continue with Carbon's update ;)

ok he has school, and his school is longer than an 8 hour day, then he's finishing up raptor it may be a month or 2 before raptor is finished after raptor is finished then he can move on the the carbon update and give everyone a ball park number for the update.

Thank you Pokekingkian I'm glad the game looks alright for you. The starters are final, but I'm working on a slightly new pokemon-ish design for the reindeer, so that it looks a bit more pokemon-ish, as well as poses for all of them. A ball park figure huh? In all honesty, I can't give an accurate one due to school taking up most of my time, but once I get a bit closer. I do have two new screens at the bottom of this post though if you're interested in seeing a little of what I've been up to.

There is no accurate release date for a demo as of yet, but I do plan on having one as soon as I get the new things in the game situated properly.

Thank you very much for looking out for my thread while I'm away Pikastorm. I do have a few screens, and explanation to what I've been up to and where I've been down below, so If you're curious ;)

Explanation of absence(s):
Since School started I've, for the most part been wrapped around it for a total of 15 hours a day (now 12 hours) so that's been taking up most of my time, but I have been working on the game, in which you'll see down below with some new screens. Lately though I've been repairing my comp due to some retarted Spyware/virus that acts as if it's an Anti-Virus protection software. It's called "Total Security 2009" and what it does is It downloads onto your comp without your acknowledgment or question and once there it can start to delete your Computers important files that are used to get it to run properly. Look it up if you have the time. I recently reformatted my comp and reinstalled everything so I'm safe now, not to worry though, I had everything backed up from both Carbon as well as Digimon World Alpha so nothing has been lost. I did loose a few resources, but nothing I can't scrounge up again lol.

Screens:
Thanks to a certain someone (don't want everyone asking him questions about it at)
I've been able to get a DS system going for Carbon. I've been working on that mainly as well as two true 3D models, some tiles, etc. I have two screens to show you below.

So far this is just a rough model of what it'll look like and is probably subject to change in the future the screens however are legit, so don't worry ;)
Comments and crit would be appreciated if you have the time.

Here's a little Fakemon teaser as well, I've shown a few people but now I'll show you all and reveal the whole concept of it during the update. I hope you all like it.

It's name Is Bajamal (name subject to change perhaps)
