Name: Shen Iwosaki

Faction: Arleon Lieutenant/Second in command of squad

Personality: Shen is kind, but emotianally distant due to never having any real attachments and has no qualms about killing his opponents. Shen prefers to fight alone, but he is a loyal soldier and will follow the orders of his superiors without question unless there is obviously something wrong. Above all Shen's life is based on fighting and he respects nothing more than fighting skill, considering only queens and generals deserving of more respect than skilled warriors and although he loves fighting he dislikes bloodshed and prefers to settle arguments with a 1-on-1 duel of submission.

History: Shen has been an orphan his entire life, do to a strange group of events he has no memory before the day he woke up in the middle of a forest near Arleon's castle when he was 6 other than his own name, he was taken in by the King and Queen.

As soon as Shen was given permission he began training in his swordsmanship with the best trainers the kingdom had to offer, he seemed to be a natural, so he continued to train with the sword until he began knocking his training partners unconcious or putting them in the hospital after he turned seventeen, so he was sent out to train where he wouldn't hurt citizens of Arleon.

Shen traveled around a large part of the known world for two years fighting in tournaments and training with the best warriors he could find. During his travels he was heading towards the largest tournament yet when Shen stopped in a small village that was having problems with a Scyther so he searched until he found it in a nearby vegetable field, the Scyther was really fast and physically stronger than he was, so eventually when it flew up and sent a razor wind at him he dodged it and hit the Scyther in the head with a rock, which slowed it down and gave him an opportunity to subdue it, later he tamed it, he never gave it a name.

When Shen finally made it to his long sought after tournament he fought with all he could and made it to the final round where he faced a man in dazzling white armor, this man called himself only the White Knight, in less than 5 seconds the knight knocked Shen off his feet and put the tip of his sword to Shen's neck, the man asked him. "Do you have any last words, child?" To which his only reply was. "Would you please train me great warrior?" The man turned out to be dying of a strange disease which did practically nothing to the body one day it suddenly killed the victim out of nowhere, the only sign of the disease was a circle of blackened skin appearing on the center of the person's chest which slowly grew bigger until it killed it's victim. The man agreed to train Shen so he could pass on his rare style before he died. Shen spent 4 months training under his new mentor his name he never learned in a nameless sword style that focused on turning defense INTO offense with a mix of pure power, speed, and pression, such as bashing in incoming sword with a shield instead of just using it to block the attack. Eventually the mentor came up to Shen and told him that he was going to die soon, so he passed onto Shen his sword, shield, armor and last but not least, the title of White Knight, he died peacefully in his sleep that night, and so when Shen returned to Arleon in the middle of it's war with Wither, it was not Shen Iwosaki that returned but the White Knight.

Shen only calls himself the White Knight now, so the only people who know his real name are those who knew him before he left on his journey. When he learned of the situation going on in the kingdom and what had happened since he left he immediately swore fealty to the queen, the woman who had most raised him from a child, in his time fighting for Arleon he has brushed with Leon multiple times and wants nothing more than to defeat him because his skills are such a threat to Arleon, neither of them ever managed to get in a one-on-one fight with the other, thus it is still unknown who is more skilled. The Queen called in Shen to be a high ranking officer within the new elite squad because of his great fighting skills and experience in leadership.
Pokemon: Scizor named Warden who for some reason evolved when he touched the White Knight armor, he is as serious as Shen if not even more so.

sorry about that, I changed it up a bit, I think the main reason it seems short is the pictures instead of appearance details and that there's no RP example, I'll add onto it as more ideas hit me though.

Coming from a famous background, Adric was raised with the utmost care. Most of his family dealt with the political society, however, his father was an Arleon knight. Because of this, Adric wanted to be just like his father, not matter what his relatives said. He admired his father - he was kind and gentle, but strong and aggressive when he needed to be. Asking for his father's permission, Adric began his training at age ten, hoping to join the ranks of Arleon's guards.

Five years later, Adric's father is summoned to the castle for an important mission. There had been a murder of a blacksmith the previous night. All of his blacksmith creations were stolen as his body was discovered in his bedroom - mutilated by an unknown weapon. Other murders were reported weeks ago, but they were kept secret until this problem came up. Adric's father had been ordered to keep a night watch on another blacksmith in town - the next spot that the criminal was going to hit. The order was to protect the blacksmith and other civilians around at all costs, and to kill the criminal on sight. The evening went by smoothly, but the criminal broke in - just as the knights switched shifts. Adric's father happened to be on the next one and charged in - risking his life to protect the people around him. He eventually encountered the enemy, and dealt a strong blow - making the person lose their balance. Just as he was about the deal the final blow, the criminal's mask fell off, revealing the face of a young man - only a couple years older than Adric. Shocked and stunned from this sudden turn of events, Adric's father lowered his sword, his killing intent diminishing fast. The thought of killing someone not much older than his own son left him unable to speak. As soon as he let his guard down, the murderer saw his chance. The young man escaped, but in doing so, he managed to mortally wound Adric's father. His father managed to survive, but the blow to his and the family's reputation was instant - he had feigned weakness in the eye of an enemy and had defied orders - breaking an oath of knighthood that he had sworn long ago. Humiliated and injured, Adric's father - now bedridden from his wound - locked himself in his chamber, his pride and dignity shattered. Angered by this sudden punishment, Adric's will to join Arleon's knights grew stronger. Now, not only did he want to prove himself to his family, he now wanted to restore his family's reputation to what it used to be.

Adric had received good news from his mother. His father showed signs of great recovery from the cold last snowfall, and he seems to want to be out more often. It has been six years since that fateful day, and things were finally turning around. Once Adric got accepted into the knighthood four years ago, his father has been slowly improving in his health and personality. Gradually over time, Adric has been proving himself to raise his family's reputation back to its former glory. Becoming a Lieutenant had greatly proved himself to others, but somehow it did not seem to be enough. He still heard people whisper behind his back while he walked through Arleon. The only close companion to him was his Pupitar, Takeo. He had recived Takeo as a gift from his mother and father when he became a knight. Before, it was just a small Larvitar, but under intense training, Takeo managed to evolve earlier and faster than most of its kind. Ever since then, the two have been together forever. Deciding that his break was over, Adric stood up and started to walk to the main hall's steps into the direction of the Queen's chamber, eager to hear the latest news - Takeo hastily hopping beside him.

"Ahh.." sighed Kaya. "あついですねApollo!" She gasped, wiping sweat from her brow.

Apollo nodded, his tail wagging furitively in the air. The two had already set off on their journey, eager to see the Academy and its contestants. As they continued to walk, the sun slowly lowered it self until it rested on the mountains. Kaya and Apollo stopped when they saw a small apricorn tree. Just as they settled underneath it, a Psychic came towards them.

"Hello, young trainer..." sneered the Psychic. He obviously was looking for a fight. Kaya looked at the trainer, unblinking. She had gotten used to people looking at her, so she didn't mind. Her mind already knew what he was looking for. Apollo on the other hand, began to growl. The hair on his body began to blister and he went in front of his trainer. The Psychic seemed oblivious to this, his eyes never moving from Kaya. "I was wondering...would you like to have a pokemon battle? It's clearly obvious that you've had training. I'll even make it easier for you. You're Growlithe versus my Abra...deal?" The trainer stuck out his hand. Kaya stood up and gently grasped the Psychic's hand.

"Deal."

"Come on Apollo!" shouted Kaya. The battle had been dragging on. The Psychic's Abra was good. It kept on evading Apollo's attacks with Teleport, then countering with tackle.

"Keep it up Abra!" yelled the boy. "He's almost done!"

Apollo growled, but it was a weak one. Kaya looked at Apollo, trying to find a solution. "You can do it Apollo! Use Leer!" She noticed that Apollo's speed was drastically slow compared to his prime, and only now did she realize what had happened. The other trainer obviously had planned his attack, waiting for his opponent to lunge forward, blindy charging. Then, after they have made themselves vulnerable, he attacked. If Kaya had a chance to win this, it was slipping from her grasp. The time was now or never.

"Apollo! Stop moving!" She whispered. Apollo shot her a confused look. "Um, can we have a time out...please?" Kaya asked. The trainer scoffed. Seemingly bored with the fight. "Alright...Abra! Hold! Psh, you're losing anyways, so I guess that's fine..." he mumbled. Kaya motioned for Apollo, and he tiredly shuffled over. "Ok, so here's the plan..." she whispered.

"Are you done yet? I need to be home by six, or else there's no dinner for me!" shouted the boy from the opposite side. The sun disappeared from the sky, but light still leaked through the mountain. "Ok, I'm ready!" she managed to say. Kaya turned to Apollo, a bright smile on her face. "がんばって!" (Good luck!)

The two pokemon faced off again, the evening breeze gently blew though, creating a tense atmosphere.

"Go, Apollo!" ordered Kaya.

"Hmph, you're still doing the same thing? What was all that planning for anyways? Abra! Use teleport!"

As the two pokemon did what they were told, the moon replaced its significant other, rising into the sky. However, right when Abra teleported, Apollo stopped. Sniffing around for something, it continued to search. Abra could clearly see its enemy even though it's eyes were closed. Sensing his trianer's next order, Abra charged in...

Suddenly, growlithe was gone. Abra finally broke it's calm composture and looked around frantically, wondering where his opponent went.

"Quick! Apollo, use Bite!" yelped Kaya, finally seeing an opening. Apollo jumped out of the bushes, his mouth a few inches from Abra-SMACK! Instead of biting skin, Apollo's mouth hit the ground. Dazed and hurt, Apollo struggled to stand up right. What? How could I miss!? thought Kaya. I thought I finally got him...

"Ok, well it look's like it's time to wrap things up. Abra, use confusion!" said the boy.

Abra nodded, using all of its power to create the attack. Apollo stood it's ground, clearly aware of the situation. It prepared for the final blow...

"Ahh...sorry for being rude back there, I thought you were a tough trainer." shrugged the boy, gently holding his pokemon. Kaya carried Apollo, knocked out from Abra's move. "Really!? You were bluffing!? And here I thought you were serious..." gasped Kaya, embarrassed for her actions. The boy laughed, clearly he was enjoying the conversation. "Oh, are you sure? Anyways, you were really good for a beginner. I'm a little stronger than you, but I must say, that Growlithe of yours sure has potential."
"Apollo? Yeah, he sure does. If only he's awake to hear that..." chuckled Kaya, playfully ruffling Apollo's fur.

"Well, I'd better go, it's not safe to be around at night."
"Yeah...oh, wait! Do you want to stay at my house for tonight?"
"Eh...? Are you sure? But I don't want to be a bother-"
"No, no! It's fine, I owe you anyways. You fought hard, so you should at least relax."
"Oh, okay...thanks."

The two trainers set off down the road. Tired and excited, they walked towards the direction of the Psychic's house. "Hey, good match." said the boy, extending his hand. "Yeah. Good match," laughed Kaya as she shook the trainer's hand.

Yeah, but I guess that's because Shen is a fairly simple and straightforward person, plus he's still young and his personality is still adaptable, it will probably change in a couple ways during the story, that's why with personality I just give a basic overview

Your History should be a bit longer, and you can only have one pokemon. Other than that Accepted once you fix that.


Once you fix that, andSkyKnight finishes her SU, we can start. We have 3 a team plus 3 pokemon a team. It should work out, but I will leave the SUs open for anyone joining at a latter date, since we are still kind of small.
