There is the possibility of when the starters + evolutions enter the Dream World, they can change types, and then be the boring types in Isshu? :D

...cause really, we dunno what the Dream World holds! And since it relates to the Kanto starters changing abilities...

Im not sure if the Dream World would go as far as to change a pokemon's typing... Though I do like how it changes the starters abilities. That is win.

Hmm.... so they are real. I was hoping they were fake, the third evo images. We get a grass snake, a bearded pig and a mix between Suicune and Swampert.

I like Pokabu, because I don't have enough room left in my heart for grass type reptiles or snakes and Mujimaru looks too much like Piplup (my hatred of 4th gen starters).

I guess Mijumaru's evo is ok, and Pokabu's is cool. But I've never really liked the snake pokémon. But that's just my personal opinion :)
I really liked the 4th gen starters! It's the 3rd gen that are so pointless.

And on the Fire/Fighting subject.... I'm a bit disappointed. WHY one more time? Blaziken was a bit stiff, but Infernape was awesome. But another one? Hmmm.... I guess Game Freak think they have to do like this, partly because it's a working combo, partly because they need the new pokémon (not only the starters) to balance each other and maybe this was the best way.

I had to leave while writing my post, which is when you posted XD.

Anyway I don't mind to much the typing and whatever because when it comes to starters for me I just go by the looks and not the stats etc. I mean I would have liked Him to be an awesome quadrupedal boar with huge tusks and a fiery mane 8D.. But thats just my fantasy now. Anyway if Migu3's evo is real then I'm going with that(which is a twist for me seen as it was my least favourite), if not I dunno.

Having seen this interpretation of the Pokabu3 sprite I'm pretty much looking forward to using him. I do like the appearance of Pokabu3, I just kinda wish a) it didn't look so much like Rhyperior, b) its gold swirly details weren't exactly the same as Infernape's weird wristguards, and c) it wasn't Fire/Fighting.

Interestingly, it looks more like an otter at this angle. I still assume it can stand on its hind legs too, otherwise the fact that its leg-shells function as katanas is pretty pointless.

It seems that way :( hopefully someone, somewhere will evolve him today because I've liked both starter final forms more having seen the official sprites, and I already quite like the way Pokabu3 looks, even if I'm not sold on his typing.

Just in case anyone who's playing through the game reads this: could we please see the stats of the starters? Pretty please?

i was actually surprised when i saw pokabu3 (so to be called) he looks awesome, i have no idea why people don't like him, he's like a fire form of empolion(again so to speak) and the snake dude's awesome(sorry but i'm not a fan of using japanese names) he's a new idea and i feel a nsnake starter is awesome. oh one more thing. dose anyone here feel that bull pokemon looks like a tauros evo?? i do but i want to know if some one confirmed it ??

It's 100% not, it was confirmed some time ago that no Gen I-IV Pokemon will get new evolutions in Black and White. It's also fairly clear that Baffuron isn't a Tauros evo given that Tauros' most salient feature - having three tails - is not present on Baffuron.

You know I was a bit turned off with the given final stages of the starters at first. Seeing them in the game and noticing they have slight differences from the earlier artwork pleases me. I'm liking Tsutaja's and Mijumaru's last stage a lot more now. Plus, the coloring is a lot better might I add.

I'm actually interested in seeing Pokabu's final stage now and hoping it's a bit better. :]

I'm spoiling myself when I said I wouldn't. D:

Just found out that the Grass Starter Evolves at lvl 17.

Wow. Just wow. Something tells me that Tsutarja and its evos specialize in relatively speedy defending as well as physical attacking (unless this Janobii has a -Special Attack nature). At least Tsutarja evolves earlier than Totodile and Turtwig.

On the final evos of Tsutarja and Mijumaru: I am so picking them in B/W. Those evolutions that were revealed previously may have been confirmed.

Even if it does, its Special Attack at that level would only be 24 with a neutral nature...
