Booster Pack/"Look What I Just Got!" Thread

just scored a jungle 1st edition booster box on eb@y for 190 shipped :D

I got a 3 Pack blister with 2 Undaunted I think and 1 EX Dragon Frontiers and a Cyndaquil coin and a Holo Shuckle for $11 I got Holo Rare Natu from Dragon Frontiers, Bellossom RH and Umbreon Holo from undaunted, and a Team Rockets TrickeryRH from other undaunted. Got 2 blisters of 1 Undaunted, 1 POP and 2 Promos and the other was 1 HGSS 1 POP and 2 Promos, Promos were Plusle and Minin HGSS and Hoothoot and Noctowl HGSS. From undaunted I got Bottom Kyogre and Groudon and Forretress RH. From HGSS I got Prime Typhlosion. Idk if all of these are in the correct order but these are all the holos and rh I got. pretty good for $21 I say :D

And now that someone else has posted, I don't have to wait nearly a month to post what I bought Wednesday night!

I've not had bad luck buying those non-Nintendo blister packs that are repackaged packs/bundles of cards from big box stores before, so I figured they'd be worth a shot Wednesday as well. And all the cards I've checked so far pass the fake check tests, so they're likely all real!

Wow Donavannj, you're really stocking up! Actually that platinum theme deck is one of the best ones, it can't stand up to regular decks at all but for theme deck vs. theme deck matches it's great.

I went to a call of legends prerelease today, didn't manage to score any secret rares but I scrounged a few cool things through trading mostly:
gyarados reverse holo
jirachi holo
clefable holo
rayquaza holo
rayquaza reverse holo
metal energy holo
snorlax holo prerelease stamped
hitmontop holo
and a few common and uncommon reverse holo's, along with the non holo commons and uncommons.

They also gave out deckboxes this time around instead of sleeves, made of plastic fortunately but you have to assemble it yourself which is sort of weird.

I opened two HGSS base set blisters (two HGSS packs, one LA pack); one blister today one yesterday.

From yesterday I got a Lugia Legend top half, a Collector, and a Double Colorless Energy.

Today I got a PONT reverse and......an UXIE LV.X!!!!!
I couldn't believe it, I made a video while opening it and freaked out, lol.

From yesterday I got a Lugia Legend top half, a Collector, and a Double Colorless Energy.

Today I got a PONT reverse and......an UXIE LV.X!!!!!
I couldn't believe it, I made a video while opening it and freaked out, lol.

That's neat, I just bought the same thing, and I pulled a Rayquaza and Deoxys Legend bottom! I couldn't believe it!

I got an epic Garchomp from a POP series 9 pack; darn rotation won't let me use it anymore D;

I also found rayquaza C lv. X about a year ago, I'm still searching for rayquaza C before its too late to use legally in a deck. O;

And I found a metagross, metang, and beldum all in the same pack.

Yeah, I'm not very lucky with the booster packs.

Depending on what Ampharos it is, it can probably be pretty useful. But that is if you're playing and not just collecting.

I got two booster packs the other day. Nothing really special, sadly. The two holos ended up being Dodrio and Carnevine, and nothing really appealed to me.

That Conductivity PokeBody is beast if you know how to use it right. ^_^

Ho-oh LEGEND is meh for Arrest stuff, but still pretty hard to get both halves in so few packs.

Those were actually three very good packs. You should consider yourself lucky that those three were in your first three packs.

I think a couple of my packs this week contained the Raichu from HGSS Triumphant.

I bought a plethora of CoL and SUpreme Victors packs (through 3 B/W tins and a 3booster pack).

I got a Staraptor FB Lvl X and a Absol G Lvl X out of the 4 Supreme Victors packs. I had a fair few CoL packs (~10) but out of them I got both Groudons (foil, reverse foil), Gyarados (foil), Kyogre (foil), and a foil metal energy (which is apparently pretty valuable??)

I'm happy regardless, the reverse foil groudon and foil gyarados were in the same pack too :D

SO I bought 100 cards (common/uncommon, no dupes) from eBay and they arrived a few days ago, I just didn't want to double post. Well I am now :D

Most of it isn't anything to phone home about, just stuff that will help me along with my collection, however I did get a French Geodude xD

Went straight to my rares/foils folder for lols :P

I totally forgot to post here about me finding the B/W theme decks and also buying about 15 packs at the same time I got the three theme decks. They look pretty decent for theme decks.

Also, some terminology change is coming along with the new sets and the functionality of Potion is changing to heal 30 HP instead of 20.

I'll post a pic on Sunday, there is a fair on tomorrow and there's often large bags of pokemon cards donated (church fair, mostly just "grown out of it but legit" stuff), and cheap too :D

I put the abilities next to my Serperior and Emboar since there are 2 different version of both pokemon, 1 with an Ability and 1 without. As you can see, decent pulls (although Serperior was unused in the tournament due to me not pulling a Snivy and I didn't get one in the 2 extra packs as well) but someone there pulled 2 Ultra Rare Reshiram one in his original 6 boosters and the other in his extra 2.

Wow, this section of the forum is completely dead, lol.
Anyways, I recently got back into collecting (not playing) thanks to Primetimepokemon's and pokepic's videos D:
I'm starting from scratch, since all the cards I had as a kid were lost.

I bought a fossil booster box (my favorite set, also loaded with nostalgia) and it came yesterday.
So far i've opened 24 of the packs (i'm trying to make the awesome last as long as possible) but I promised my brother i'd wait for him to get home from school to open the other 12.

So far the rares i've gotten are:
Holo = Aerodactyl, Articuno, Ditto, Dragonite, Gengar, Haunter, Kabutops, Magneton, and Raichu.
Non-Holo = All except Aerodactyl and Muk.

So to complete the set all I need is those two non-holos and then a holographic Hitmonlee, Hypno, Lapras, Moltres, Muk, and Zapdos.

I really want a Base Set or Jungle booster box, but the Base Set one is sooo expensive and the Jungle one is more than i'd like to spend.
