Lets have a thread about our BS teams, as there is one for DPPT.

    I have:
    Terrakion
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake
    Sacred Sword
    Swords Dance

    Starmie
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam
    Surf
    Thunder

    Volcarona
    Quiver Dance
    Heat Wave
    Bug Buzz
Fly (I use Volc for flying outside the subway, and I know it's a far from optimal move)

Sometimes ill replace Balloon with Life Orb on Excadrill and Scarf my Arch and replace Acrobatics with U-turn and place him in lead then scout with U-turn and come in on an Electric/Fire move with Ttar to start the sand storm like that and set up a DDance. ALL the pokemon in this team can check anything but Bulky Water Types

I actually used an ingame team for this rather an EV trained one like most people.

    I used Darmanitan, Archeops, Sawsbuck.

    Darmanitan (Jolly) Life Orb
    Earthquake
    Flare Blitz
    Rock Slide
    Brick Break

    Archeops (Jolly) Expert Belt
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Acrobatics
    Crunch

    Sawsbuck (Jolly) Big Root
    Jump Kick
    Horn Leech
    Wild Charge
    Megahorn

Darmanitan and Archeops are very similar to eachother and I have both of them just for safety reasons. Things Darmanitan and Sawsbuck cant handle, for example: Simipour, my Archeops can.

Though I have not gotten a great win streak, I love how:

    Unnerve Galvantula

...performs. Keeping berries from being eaten was so nice.

Swords Dance Sturdy Skarmory is yet another that did me well, while it was alive.

I just recently beat the subway master in the double battles, my team was:

    Krookodile
    EQ
    Crunch
    Dragon Claw
    Bulk up

    Samurott
    Waterfall
    Ice Beam
    Megahorn
    Protect

    Haxorus
    Dragon Claw
    Brick Break
    EQ
    Protect

    Galvantula
    Thunder
    Bug Buzz
    Sucker Punch
    Protect

Stuck protect on all of them so that Krookodile could EQ freely without damaging my own pokemon. It wasn't a well thought up team I just put a group of my pokemon together and hoped for the best, I'm trying to grind to get the EV boosting items at the moment so I can start EV training.

Currently planning a rain dance team, will post that up here if it has any success.

    Nintendo WFC Teams?

I've played a few ranked matches on WFC (single battle only), and so far I have yet to come across a really great team given that one is limited to only three Pokemon. If you play WFC, have you found a combination of three you really like? If so, post it here.

Well, rather than having three threads covering teams, I decided to merge this with the battle subway team thread and rename it so that it can apply to wifi teams, too. And in general for in-game team posting, we have the "what is your team?" thread.

    As soon as there is a way to get a DW Snivy, and I clarify if you can breed egg moves with DW Abilites, I want to try this team out;

    Battle Subway and Wifi Teams

    Swellow @ Choice Band
    Adamant. Scrappy.
    4HP|252Atk|252Spd
    Return
    U-Turn
    Brave Bird
    Whirlwind

Basically with Scrappy available, I can hit ghosts and everything. This is my main attacking move, with U-Turn for scouting and Brave Bird for STAB. Whirlwind for phasing, if I must. Of course, this movepool is rather bad, and if I encounter steels or rocks I have to switch to Alakazam.

    Battle Subway and Wifi Teams

    Alakazam @ Expert Belt/Psychic Gem
    Modest. Magic Guard.
    4HP|252SpAtk|252Spd
    Psyshock
    Psychic
    Shadow Ball
    Focus Blast

Well, I think it's self explanatory. Psyshock and Psychic for STAB, and in case I cross a Blissey. Shadow Ball for any Ghosts, and Focus Blast for steels and rocks, as my Swellow can't take them.

    Battle Subway and Wifi Teams

    Serperior @ Leftovers/Big Root
    Bold. Contrary.
    252HP|252SpAtk|4Spd
    Leaf Storm
    Giga Drain
    Hidden Power [Water]
    Leech Seed

With the ability Contrary, all stat changes are reversed. This allows for a +2 Sp Atk increase whenever I use Leaf Storm. Taking that to my advantage, Giga Drain and Leech Seed for survivability, and HP [Water] for Fire types.

    ---
I'll probably have some big flaws, though

Currently I've been using this team for the Subway and it has been pretty successful.

    Battle Subway and Wifi Teams
    Sigilyph

Item: Rocky Helmet | Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Timid | EVs: 252 Spd (Haven't trained him for HP yet; needed the power item.)

    Moves:
    - Calm Mind
    - Stored Power
    - Psycho Shift
    - Roost

Only partially EV trained, his HP EVs will be worked on now that I have the Power Weight. I still have to save up for a Flame Orb however. He's been doing really good despite this but the Subway likes to troll me with Dark-types and Pokemon with Sturdy.

    Battle Subway and Wifi Teams
    Chandelure

Item: Brightpowder | Ability: Flash Fire
    Nature: Modest | EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd

    Moves:
    - Shadow Ball
    - Flamethrower
    - Energy Ball
    - Pain Split

Barely anything can survive a hit from her and if they do, they're usually left at critical health. I still need to get a better item for her but I still have to save up for a lot of things.

    Battle Subway and Wifi Teams
    Mienshao

Item: Wide Lens | Ability: Regenerator
Nature: Jolly | EVs: Don't know. She was part of my in-game team.

    Moves:
    - U-Turn
    - Rock Slide
    - Aerial Ace
    - Hi Jump Kick

Pretty useful even though she's not EV trained. She takes care of the Dark-types that try to harm my Sigilyph. Wide Lens is pretty nice for Rock Slide and Hi Jump Kick too as it increases the accuracy from a 10% chance of missing to a 1% chance. Once my Scrafty is EV trained I'll use him in her place.

I finally got to fight the Subway Master for the first time with these three, and won (mostly thanks to my Chandelure). Now I can buy a Power Weight and finish EV training my Sigilyph to be even more successful.

Well, I found something almost broken. I'm planning to use it in the Battle Subway. I guess I'll put a full analysis here:
Oh, and did I mention it needs sandstorm?

    Battle Subway and Wifi Teams

Aron @ Shell Bell Lvl 1
    Adamant. Sturdy.
    0HP|0DEF|0SPDEF IV's
    Endeavor
    Protect
    Tackle
    ---

Sturdy works differently in Gen 5, now protecting said Pokemon from getting OHKO'd from any attack. With that in mind, after the first attack Aron can Endeavor his opponents down to 1HP, then refill his health with its Shell Bell. Rinse and repeat. Protect is there if you suspect fake outs or something else. Just filling up move slots, really.

It's partners should be something that help its Ghost weakness. And a Tyranitar/Hippowdon for Sand Stream.

There are a list of counters, but if you're team lacks them you're out:
    • Ghost type pokemon
    • Entry hazards like Stealth Rock and Spikes
    • Pokemon with the Rough Skin, Steel Thorns or Mold Breaker Ability
    • Pokemon with Sandstorm abilities
    • Other weather teams, specifically hail
    • Attacks that hit 2-5 times in one turn
    • Dragon Tail or Overhead Throw
    • Status
    • Knock Off or Trick
    • Leech Seed
    • Fake Out

I doubt you'll see some of those in the Battle Subway, but still listing 'em.

Hey folks, I originally tried to start my own thread before seeing this one ^_^

I've been working with my Gen IV team until I settle on Gen V additions. It looks like lots of folks like the Chandelure. What about something with Prankster?...

Right now, I'm dying to throw in a Hydregion I've specially bred (Outstanding IVs, Modest, knows Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, & Scary Face (replace this one?).

Here's what I have so far for the Super Singles:
    Garchomp (Focus Sash)
Swords Dance, Outrage, Earthquake, Stone Edge

Starmie [Modest, Natural Cure] (Life Orb)
    Surf, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Ice Beam

    Scizor [Adamant, Technician]
Swords Dance, Superpower, Bullet Punch, Bug Bite

Any advice on who to throw onto this team? Or items? I'm still acquiring all of the BP items in Gen. V and I wish (WTF WHY CANT WE TRANSFER THEM?!) I all had the berries.
