Don't know if there's already a thread or not on this; However does anyone have that one pokemon that they just hate to battle against? That its like "aw man! i'm in for a long ride" whenever you come up against that pokemon.

I'm gonna move this over to Gaming Central where it belongs, pretty sure there's nothing like it there, but if I'm wrong then orz.

I hated Durant in White. It made it impossible to grind on Victory Road because none of my Pokemon could easily defeat it, haha.

Anything with arena trap, diglett's cave can be a nightmare for something so small.

Any dragon type. I hate dragon type pokemon, because whenever I encounter them I have no pokemon that have the right type moves to bring them down.

Dragon and Psychic types are my favorite pokemon. My team consist predominantly of Dragon and Psychic type pokemon. So I'm very vulnerable when it comes to Dragons. However for that very reason I find it both challanging and more fun to fight against them.

The pokemon I hate fighting against the most are Darkrai and Scyther though.

I hate going against something that's very fast, such as Aerodactlyl, because if I lack priority or a wall, then it can take down/cause severe damage to any of my Pokemon.

I really don't like battling anything that's fast, especially if I don't have a wall.

Durant I also don't like battling cos they hit hard.

Sometimes Sigilyph made me frustrated if used by an NPC. In the wild they are OK.

I also don't like battling Pokemon with Sturdy (B/W), especially Cheren's Gigalith cos it might Stealth Rock me.

anything other than Darkrai, even my new Arceus can't beat it -_-

I hear ya, I can't think of any pokemon I dislike fighting against more than Darkrai and Scyther. The combination of Darkvoid which is itself a formidable move; the most accurate sleep move I can think of and Dark Pulse make a deadly combination to a team of psychic, dragon, and dragon. However any team even it didn't have a vulnerability to Darkrai's type would still find that move combination annoying. And when it comes to Scyther's speed.....O.O

I'm surprised nobody has said Wobbuffet. If one of those appears, you can't run, you can't switch out to a different Pokémon, thus, you're forced into a fight to the death if you ever see one, wild or trainer-owned.

Well Meinshao and Ditto certainly come to mind when I was grinding my team on White not too long ago but the most annoying would have to be something along the lines of Machoke imo.

Ah yes, the dreaded Wobbuffet/Wynaut forcing you to fight them until you knock it out or it knocks you out.

As a few others have mentioned, fast Pokemon which hit hard and can cause major dents to your team. I generally always have some form of priority on my teams, specifically to counter any potential frail, fast(er) sweepers.

Yeah, Durant are fast and strong. Hate those things even though I caught one.

Every single Zubat I encounter likes to constantly use Confuse Ray on me to eff with my Pokémon's minds. There's also a special place in hell for any Pokémon who ends a battle with Selfdestruct.

Kadabra and Alakazam are worth a mention. Insanely fast for when they're faced, have a massive coverage and kill nearly everything in one hit, or severely damage it. And they're not as frail as they should be either.

I think Pokemon Blaze Black made me hate fighting those guys more than any other game...

I forgot all about Wobbuffet; yes indeed he to is both a pain and a nightmare to encounter.

Wobbuffet. Because you can't flee from it. Worse than Arena Trap Pokemon because of that freakishly huge amount of HP.

Shuckle because the thing just does not want to die. Especially ones that have Sandstorm or Toxic, or ChestoRest.

Anything with Sturdy. The wild Boldores I faced also liked to do Mud Slap so sometimes it took three or even four turns to defeat them.

And I do recall a random Durant almost ripping through my team.
