I think there might be a few guides someplace. They're what I used to EV train. It's not too difficult but it can be a bit tedious. Definitely have those items that help with your EV Training like the Macho Brace etc etc.

You have to keep track of your EV points so you know when you're done with it. But I think that doesn't need to be said.
