They're nowhere to be found. Someone please HELP!

What is your game version? X or Y?
And at the moment, what stone are you looking for?

    edit...
I made some research, and want to double check...
Have you already gone to Kiloude City and defeated your rival there?
And if you have already done that, have you already talked with Sycamore Anistar City (I remember you said that you already have, but I just wanna know again). :3

    I have version Y.

I'm looking for all stones cept Abomasite, Ampharosite, Gengarite, Aerodactylite, and the other Mega stones that are available before the completion of the game.

The rival at Kiloude city is one of the friends, right? The girl? If so, then yes, and if you're talking about Professor Sycamore discussing the power of the sun-dial at Anistar city and its alteration of the mega ring, then yes, I've also already done that as well, although I can't recall everything he said, I don't think I was paying close enough attention to everything he was saying.

When you set your clock, make sure it says 20:00. That is 8 pm (assuming all the 3DS clocks are set to military time like the four I own. If you still aren't finding them, go back and make sure you talked to both the rival for battle and the professor. If he's not at the sundial then you should be good.

If the stones still don't appear, check your inventory and Pokemon to see if you may have given it to them.

If they still aren't there, then one of two things.

1)You already collected it and didn't realize it and may hap deleted/sold it.

2)There is an issue with your game. In which case we cannot help you, send a letter to Gamefreak/TPC though they will not do more than say they are sorry.

I've collected all cept one. If you are having trouble then there is an issue with what you are trying to do and you missed a step or aren't following everything 100%. Watch a youtube video on collecting the stones, make sure your time is set correctly. You can tell if it is correct by starting in Ainstar and watching the beam of light go through the crystal and activating the compass thing. If it doesn't activate, you have the wrong time. Once it activates go to each exact location in one of the youtube videos. They should be there unless you already collected them.

Well thank you all for the help so far. I will take your advice and set my 3DS clock to military time and check it tomorrow, although I strongly doubt that they clocks are set to military time, it really doesn't look like mine is, and if it is than that's very deceiving, it should say that it's military time if that's the case.

I have checked my inventory and my Pokemon and this is how I know. For instance, my Garchomp does not have a Garchompite or even the option to Mega evolve, and there is no Garchompite in my inventory, nor is it in its location on Victory Road near the Stone Tower, I checked several times and it's simply not there, and for an even better example, I don't even have Gyrados in that I haven't been able to evolve my Magikarp yet, and yet I could not find the Gyrados mega stone in its location at the waterfalls in that one particular city, so unless you're right about the military time, (which would seem unlikely to me, although you say you have four 3DSs that are set to military time (I'm not sure why you'd have four game systems, but that's just me)), there's something very wrong.

If there's an issue with my game, are you sure GameFreak would be able to do nothing more than apologize? I'd sure hope they'd do more than that being that it wouldn't be my fault, but there's if it really is a default in the game and I'm the one that paid for it.

And are you sure it's not possible that no one could hack into my profile and steal all the mega stones before i could get to em via the internet connection?

EDIT: Ok, I just checked it (Checked it a little earlier than tomorrow ;)), and that was definitely the resolution. The clocks are set to military time, I don't know why, but that's very decieving, don't know how anyone would know that off hand. I mean, the game guide websites don't even mention this!! I would love to know who the **** would ever know that?!?! Who the **** even ever lives in military time other than people who are actually in the military?

Anyways, thank you very much for the help, it is much appreciated! :)

    Ok, now that I've got the whole mega stone search mystery sorted out, new question;

WTF? Why is the Aggronite only available in Y and the Tyrantitarite available only in X? Plus, Tyranitar is only found in Y while Aggron is only available in X? WTF? What's with the switch up?

I have max style and I also have all the other o-powers but can't get hatching. I read you needed to battle in all the restaurants aswell.

Well, to clarify the restaurant bit, I didn't battle in any of the restaurants when I got the hatching O-Power (or if I did, only battled at one of the restaurants early-game). All I really did was buy a lot of premier balls from that Pokeball shop in Lumiose city [this maxed out my style].

Nope. Just need to get the other (15 I think?) O-powers first.

I'll give buying premier balls a bash. see if that works.

Eh, just to clarify, you bought Premier Balls 1 by 1, right? Not in bulk?

Also, I'm enjoying this Trevenant with Harvest. Just a bit sad that it doesn't have Horn Leech yet. Anyway, what's a good movepool for this ghost tree?

IS it just me or are there a grossly disproportionate amount of fire type moves that all do the same thing (may leave target with a burn) and only vary in power slightly (65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, etc. I knwo that there are fire attacks that do different stuff, but leaving the target with a burn seems to be the most common) I know there's lots of attack types that have similar effects and powers, but it seems like fire type attacks have way more attacks that are only slightly different in power from each other and most of them burn.

Yeah, I bought those one by one when I realized having all the other O-Powers just wasn't enough.

If your clock was set to the same time as the place you live, I don't get how you were looking at 8am-9am. Everyone told you to look at 8pm-9pm. So wouldn't you have thought it was a little odd that you were looking for the mega stones at 8 in the morning when you're suppossed to be looking at 8 in the evening and there is no time difference between your 3DS clock and the time in real life? Several coutries do use military time (like Japan) if I'm not mistaken. So its not unreasonable to assume Japanese products will use military time.

Anyway, to answer your question: its to promote trade. Kinda like with version exclusives (Slurpuff and Aromatisse, for example). Game Freak has always liked to make trading a big part of the games.

Bought 185 premier balls 1 at a time and still no Mr.Bonding.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think the check for max style is if the Mega Stones in Lumiose sell for 10,000. If you do have max style, make sure you have all the O-powers, because I've set foot in only one of the 3 or 4 (idek) restaurants there are.

Dude, in nothing that I said did I EVER assume it was 8am-9am. I'm no dumby. I literally never said that at all. I have NO clue how you got that out of anything I said. I knew all along it was PM. You might wanna read in context.

I bought the mega stones long ago before I found out about max style. Just have to keep trying and see.

I think what he's saying is that, given that the 3DS uses the 24 hour clock, the only time the clock would have read 8:00 is 8am. 8pm would have been 20:00, and how did you not notice this? If you were looking for the stones at 8:00 (on your system), then that would have been in the morning.

If you were looking for the stones at 8pm according to a clock elsewhere in your house, then I don't understand why the 3DS clock would even be a factor.

Or is it that you just had the time set wrong altogether? Like you first set it at 3pm, for example, and you set it at 3:00 instead of 15:00?

And FYI, the 24 hour clock is not just for military. Some European countries use it too, and the 3DS may use it just to have a more standarized clock across all systems.

Actually, every country in the world uses military time in writing, except for North America, Australia, India and the Philippines. So it does make sense, plus didn't it occur to you when you noticed that you could set the time to an hour higher than 12 and that there was no AM/PM option?

IS it just me or are there a grossly disproportionate amount of fire type moves that all do the same thing (may leave target with a burn) and only vary in power slightly (65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, etc. I knwo that there are fire attacks that do different stuff, but leaving the target with a burn seems to be the most common) I know there's lots of attack types that have similar effects and powers, but it seems like fire type attacks have way more attacks that are only slightly different in power from each other and most of them burn.

Well, it's the same case with Electric-type moves too. Spark, Thunder Punch, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Tackle, Zap Cannon all follow the same pattern, with base powers of 65, 75, 80, 90, 110, 120. You can think of them as power-ups for the previous move, that way your Pokemon can always use a stronger move as it evolves, without losing the added chance of burn/paralysis. Plus, some are physical attacks and some are special, allowing a larger pool of Pokemon to have access to a good move with that added effect.

I'm not sure if the effects of Sketch are permanent in Wi-Fi battles. Also, if I were you, I'd do the battles at Lumiose's Restaurant Le Nah (double battles), with Smeargle and a partner that knows the moves you need.
