He certainly IS OP but not the most. Heck, he's not even most OP in Bleach.

How about Medaka? In Medaka Box-verse she seems invincible. D: What do you think of Touman? He's got harem and his right arm. I am not aware of any of his prowess since I didn't read the LN. About Shiba Tatsuya, I haven't read the other volumes of it's LN after the volume 1 so I can't comment about him.

I amazing that I haven't heard any complain about Overpowered Protagonist and they being Boring .
Most of the Mentioned Character are freaking Popular.

You mean Touma ! He only has one ability , His right hand that can Negate Or Dispel any super-natural power.
Basically His power is pretty much Useless in a Normal fight and he pretty much a normal human. He can beat the Strongest level-5 esper but can't land a figure on his high-school classmet who's only a Level-3 Esper .
So I won't consider him Overpowered.

I'm pretty sure that Giorno Giovanna with Gold Experience Requiem would probably be on the list. GER can basically undo anything, meaning that Giorno and GER are, functionally, completely invincible. Not to mention all of the other ridiculous ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it could do as a result.

What about Meruem from Hunter x Hunter? He went head to head with Netero and defeated him. His ability is very powerful when compared to his subordinates.

Izark Kia Tarj from the manga "From Far Away" can be OP in the event that he manages to keep his great powers under control. If he loses control, things go from OP to tragic.

They can warp reality , Atleast Sasaki can pawn every single character since she knows her power !

I'd have to say Sora from No Game No Life actually.

He's not lost a single game against anyone but Shiro.

He just goes and takes over the world, easily beating nobles and Godkillers along the way.

Because humanity is physically weak, but in that weakness, they have strength in wisdom.

Oh my goodness NGNL feels T.T

Vegito.
If you really need more convincing, consider his battle with super buu, a being whose lesser form could one-shot pretty much everything just by turning it into chocolate, while Vegito was a "coffee flavored jawbreaker."

He had to go to only about 80% of his poower to defeat something that has the power of a God
Whis from the same movie
Bills said Whis was the stronger of the two, and Whis appears to be more calm and calculating, potentially making him harder to outhink and therefore a much bigger threat.

He had all 3 Egyptian God card that was later pass down to Yugi .

Tatsua Shiba from Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei immediately came to my head as I read the question. This dude is perfect in everything, from ninjutsuu to engineering. I know the anime just started but he's a little too OP for me. Regardless, I still enjoy the series so far.

And of course there are the obvious characters: Ichigo, Natsu, Goku, and Toriko. I thought Blackbeard was overpowered in One Piece. :p
