S-Sorry, I was busy watching The House of Paper on Netflix.

New pokémon icons and palettes for them.
As a side effect, the palette of the PC Boxes selection got screwed, but well, in Aethestode's eyes that's a small price to pay.
I hope people don't start reporting this issue with the palette as a bug once the Part 2 comes out.

Got some trouble here. Just reached Pallet Town again and happened to walk into the small forest where you look for Oak's pokemon. Cubone was standing there, so I talked to it and it triggered the battle and everything. When I came out of the forest Oak was there with Bulbasaur and he started following me, just like in the beginning. Long story short, that event was triggered and now I can't run anymore, even after I tried teleporting to get away from Oak. Sometimes when I walk down he's still at the edge of the screen.

Is there some way to fix this or is my save fucked?

EDIT: Nevermind, I was able to go back to an earlier save I thought I had overwritten.

Today, i went to the safe house of safari zone (the house which is located at the safari zone, which has been placed in a odd place and contain 4 papers which are littered here and there) and when i tried to exit a victribell came and fought me. After the battle, the game freezes. Please help me i am trapped.

I suppose that the Project Mewtwo Chapter is the one that happens in Cinnabar's Lab.
You just enter, read the documents and interact with Mewtwo, and that's it.

Everyone is playing a ROM. To answer your question, yes, that's the plan. B13P1 savefiles will work with B13P2.

Technically speaking, they should sue every single ROM Hack in existence, pretty much.
The problem with Prism is that it got too much fame for its own good. That 1m views trailer surely doomed the project.

It's the continuation of the restart that began with the Beta 12.

Make sure that you're using the latest Nightly version of mGBA, you can find those right here.

Otherwise, import your savefile on VBA and continue from there. You can do that by going to File > Import > Battery File.

Nope. The Light Ball only works with the regular Pikachu, those can be found in Viridian Forest.
Pika base stats were buffed because of that though.

I tried both of your solutions but nothing:
the version of mgba you linked me gave me the same error. ( do I have to change some settings?)
while in VBA I imported through battery file my saved game but nothing happens, it doesn't give me any loadable game
