Like I said first time, you haven't read before posting, Game development has nothing to do with ROMS what so ever...
"Game Development Come here to discuss your games, and the tools used to create them. (RM2K3, RMXP, Sphere, Game Maker, etc) This is NOT the place to discuss ROM Hacks, or anything related to them!" You want the emulation section if you're looking for ROM's. And no, you don't need to know every single rule, just the section you post commonly in. I.e the Game development section:
No posting in threads over two months old.
No asking for release dates.
Then there's the main ones you need of:
No double posting.
No linking to other forums.
No linking to inappropriate items.
Sorry I didn't exactly make things so clear first time, it's irritating just seeing new people every day do something wrong all the time without reading the rules :P.

ok whatever its still true and if im only on to look at roms every so often (or to reply to you in this case) i didnt think i should know every rule and the guy whose hack it was was cool with the question. youre not his mom let him reply you dont have to.

Unfortunately, I've heard that, "I'm new" excuse far too often here, it literally doesn't take that long to just, look at the rules before posting anywhere.

Why is it, new people every time ignore rules and just constantly be a pain in the ass and start pestering game developers about release dates. DO NOT ask for a release date, it's against the rules and damn right rude. If you can't make the effort to read posts that were just a few seconds up above yours to tell you your answer, then simply just don't post.
