wow, that soon? didn't realise that II came out two years ago, thought it was a very recent record for some reason, well at least I have another album to look forward to this year yay

seriously julian is super weird in his side stuff, I recommend listening to human sadness, it's like 11 mins long

I guess I'm a bit fortunate than you, some of my rl friends like rock in varying degrees so I have some people who enjoy some of my stuff though I wish that number was much bigger :xx

dead sons were supporting arctic monkeys in one of their tours and I just looked them up from there, luckily they were half decent aha. most of the stuff I find are either because they are somehow related to any artist I'm listening to, have been suggested to me, or just through some random find in the internet. there's no huge secret or anything, most of my suggestions haven't exactly been deep underground muk no one knows about lmao

keep me in mind could easily be a Strokes song couldn't it tho aha, I was confident you would like little joy and I'm glad I'm right hehe. play the part, no one's better sake, don't watch me dancing and keep me in mind are probably my faves though really I love the whole record.

when I first saw unknown orchestra I thought they were some kind of metal band because of II's album cover so I was really surprised when the first song came on ahaha, I do like it though, from the sun is just so chill urgh

unfortunately there's only one little joy album right now :x they haven't really been active ever since touring to promote that album, but here's hoping they come back together again someday. you should check other side projects from the other Strokes' members tho!! julian has two solo albums out and both are weird af and albert's side work is probably the most Strokes' like. I haven't checked out nikolai's side album yet and nick hasn't done a solo album himself.

I'm seriously glad you like the albums I'm suggesting, it's always nice to meet someone with similar music taste

hey, you said like the strokes, right? I recommend little joy then, it's a side project by the strokes' drummer Fab Moretti and I really like it myself, and I'm pretty sure you'll be fond of it too.

another album I'll throw your way is the hollers and the hymms by dead sons, an unfortunately now disbanded band. that's the only lp they ever released, and it isn't perfect but some of the songs here are filthy as hell :d it's like a mix of qotsa and arctic monkeys, I think you'll enjoy this too.

    k byeeee

glad you really liked it! don't you evah is from ga ga ga ga ga, another solid spoon album. 'the underdog''s probably my favourite song from there.

finished listening to demarco's album, and yeah it is so relaxed I could sleep peacefully just with it playing on the background. I really like brother the most. going for unknown orchestra next.

Nah the preshow and postshow aren't included in that. Most of our shows were 4-6 movements and we took all of the time we were given. We were always in a fight against the clock because by the time we did all of our show and got off the field we had maybe a couple of seconds to spare. We were never really cut out for BOA. Whenever we went to a BOA show it was usually the beginning or middle of the season and we were just going to get some extra practice basically and we usually had another show to go to either before or after that. One time we did 3 different competitions in the same day...which was hell. 5 runs in the morning because Garrett can't get his muk straight. We got brand new instruments for everyone my Junior year. Our band director went to a workshop where they showed how they make all of the Blue Devils' instruments and then they basically said "here, promote our product" and gave us new instruments for a really discounted price. It was so amazing because some of our instruments were going on 8 years old. Those cases smelled so good and the tubas were so shiny. I almost cried. We got rid of our trombone section and made everyone march a baritone because trombones suck and all of the good bands march all baritones anyways. I still look over some of my marching videos, but I don't really remember much about them. I never thought much about what I was doing when I was marching or playing. I just kinda did it :x I hated counting because I mean, you do the sets so much do you really need to count every single step you take? I don't think so and I thought our band was good enough that we didn't need someone counting at every show to keep the dipmuks around them in time. But I guess I was wrong. My junior year was definitely my best, and so when my senior year came around I just felt so let down. A toy box show sounds cool. One of the bands here did something like that my sophomore year I think and it was pretty good. They didn't make it to state, but it was fun to watch nonetheless.

It means "I don't speak Spanish and it's just random words strung together." I have no idea how much of an octave range is impressive, haha. I have literally no psyducking clue.

We don't. It's too much of a hassle to get everyone to come around. It would involve so much flying around and getting a location, It would be impossible to get more then halve of them together. Jeesz, that sounds extreme. Where I'm from religion is like, almost not a thing. I live in one of the least religious regions in one of the least religious countries, so I don't have any overly religious family. And there are almost no splinter groups on any religion. So that kind of 'weird' stuff doesn't happen over here. Our Christmas is just eating food. I'm kinda glad we don't have that over here.

Sheep said she would see what she could do. And, yeah: she's really sweet. c: Sheep seems kinda weird given how long it's been, but Sheep seems even weirder since I'm so used to seeing Sheep. :p

In west Philadelphia born and raised, on the playground was where I spent most of my days. Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool and all shootin some b-ball outside of the school. When a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one little fight and my mom got scared she said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air'.

in all seriousness, i was born in georgia 17 years ago and my name is taylor. i hate writing these so uh, yeah.
