Well you have two options when it comes to pokemon. One you can learn the more difficult way by trading for dittos to breed and get good ivs and different egg moves, then ev train the pokemon.
Or two, you can spend a little money and buy an ar then learn to pokesav (correctly), and ultimatley end up knowning the same stuff about breeding and ev training(pending you have some clue as to what they are for/about anyway) and get the ev trained pokemon you want while continually increasing your knowledge (such as to what does what and what will happen if someone does that)
just say the word and i will go use all of my knowledge of pokemon to attempt to teach you. I have never done this but im guessing I should do pretty good as a "teacher" so if you want I got nothing better to do
