Im Curious when you write pokemon how do you get the ' above the e?

Hey lusidea, umm yeah you got the job :-D. anyways, I kind of need two maps as soon as possible. Would like to be a mapper throughout the whole game? First map is "Aquatic Village" it is basically a water town. Second map is "Plorin City" (Yeah, I know wierd names) So if you could get those to me A.S.A.P that would be LOVELY!
