I saw your post on darthathons page that you wrote a attack table on offset 000000 i dont know if you need help anymore but i think you need to open the rom in a hex editor (hexworkshop,translhextion) and go to offset 000000 and replace the numbers there with FF FF (and going on) if you know what i mean, hope it answers your question and it works ;)
