Hmm... Idk. Alter Ego is usually the one to Accept/Decline RPs. But she hasn't been on to do it lately. *sighs* It's weird... :\
But usually, every week or so, she accepts new RPs and lists them in the "Check if your RP is Accepted" thread, so you know what ones are open.

On the bottom of the "Friends" box on the right hand side, there is an option "Befriend _____" Click it and you send a Friend Request to the other person. I just did it to you ^^
