no problem, dont forget to breed pokemon with different IVs to get a complete set, EX: 31HP father with a 31DEF and 31ATK mother for a chance of getting a baby with 31 in hp,def, and atk. Good luck!

How I personally breed (There are probably better ways):
step 1: I get the pokemon I want to use on my team, if it has the right nature and a few 31 IVs already then it makes it easier.
Step 2: I get a ditto or a pokemon in the same egg group with a few 31 IVs.
Step 3: give the everstone to the pokemon you want to pass down the nature, and the destiny knot to the other. The destiny knot makes any 5 IVs from the parents pass down. If you have two parents with 5 IVs in the same stats it makes it very quick for breeding for 6 because (to my understanding) getting that 6th one all comes down to luck.

ALSO, replace the old parents with the better offspring as you go. for example, if you have a 2 IV female jolly drilbur and you hatch a 3 or more IV female jolly drilbur, put the 2 IV one away and breed with the 3IV

I have some drilbur with 4 IVs, I'm breeding larvitar, joltik, larvesta, and noivern soon though so I should have some of those with 5-6 IVs if that interests you
