For the security thing I just changed the header... the game code BPRE is how most tools recognize its a fire red game.

That's not what my research entailed and I don't know how you'd do that. Vanilla FR mechanics only support one roamer at a time. There is material out there on custom roamer mechanics on the ASM sticky IIRC, which might be worth looking into.
