    Hi, I have a quick question about EV Reducing berries: I understand that these berries reduce 10 Effort Values, I just want to ask if it will still work if a Pokemon has less than 10 Effort Values -like 9 for example. Will it still drop it to zero? Will it tell you if it the berry has worked?
