yea that's true, that's one reason why i have the DN manga, because i wanted to have it physically. and i'd get figurines if i weren't too lazy (or poor lmao) to get them XD

I saw your username and suddenly was in shock like "WHAT ARCANINE WAS DOWNGRADED", mistaking the green for the assistant admin colour. Once I went to your profile I saw a bunch of mods VMing you and realised they were green too, then I realised "oh derp St. Patty's Day". xD

You should check out my most recent blog post to see my opinion on the whole series. To me, it improved immensely as it went along, and I ended up liking most of the characters (still think Daru could have been a bit better by the end, but even he became more like an actual person as opposed to an fantasy-internet-weirdo). And, yeah, episode 12 (Dogma in Ergosphere) was easily the best: not only for the big twist at the end but also for its grounded character work that preceded it. It felt like the show was going to go in a completely different direction than it ultimately did, and it was really interesting to watch everyone just getting along - obviously before the SHOCKING! TWIST!

But, yeah. 'Twas good in the end. Sci-fi isn't really my cup of tea, so I was surprised to end up liking this as much as I did. Thanks for the recommendation - now you go watch Community!

Wow, I think that might have been your longest break between posting. Congrats! (Wait... I don't think I should be congratulating that.) Anyhoo, I like characters to be more grounded, and though he's certainly developed over the course of the series - I'm on episode 20 now - in the beginning he just seemed to be a raving lunatic.

ohhh lol same here in the sense that i don't really collect merchandise or any of that, and the only manga that i really have is DN, still love anime though. i just don't have (or want to spend) the money on all kinds of.. merchandise stuff XD
