I said 14, mainly because I was 14 when all the hype about them came out. So I just stick to my 14-year-old guess XD. But it makes me happy that they are about the age of the true fans, anyways. :D

Haha, it took me about 5 minutes to find a worker to unlock the case at Walmart. They were all busy helping old people buy TVs and stuff rather than catering to nerds like myself. But other than that... no real wait. And no one else that I saw getting it, which made me a little sad.

I rather enjoy this magical isolation, for the newness of it all. It also eliminates some of the pesky Pokemon like Geodude, who are just obnoxious after so long. And not entirely sure how relevant this is, but reading some posts I imagined a region that was all a bunch of islands, sorta like...

I'm gonna go out and say that the 3rd one should be purple. It said they had a trademark for that too... and purple is a combination of red and blue, like the original (as far as everywhere but Japan is concerned), and since black and white are supposed to sorta reinvent the journey like red and...

I like the winter one. It's so pretty! And all the fur makes it look all magical. *u*

Oh? Extra vending machines? Exciting! Adds a sense of realism to it, IMO. Cos I mean, vending machines are pretty much everywhere in the real world... But it seems fairly convenient to just pop a lemonade wherever you are. But I don't think it could ever fully replace a PokeMart... but more...

I think it's great they thought outside Japan. Of course, I would have liked to see more cultural references... I haven't heard of too many. But I suppose, this is just sort of an experiment for them, changing absolutely everything. I'm just excited to see other places! :D

BIG SADFACE. T^T I loved the Jap. logos... that's what made me so excited! Had I seen the English ones before I knew anything of the game, I would been "Bleh..." But oh well, I suppose. I'll live. I mean, I'm not playing the box. It seems like one of the anime logos to me, though.

Hmm... I don't really mind Unova; I suppose they felt people would have an issue over the pun of Ishuu... like sales would flop, becasue the region was an "ishuu." I preferred Ishhu, but Unova has a cool ring to it. You know, va! Eh... not as good puns.

I thought the mom's design was cool. Not in a reverse-pedophilia way, but I like her design, it's cooler than the other ones; she's no longer just a lady with an apron! Ya know what I mean? I was genuinely excited when the video chat thing came up in the game. XD
