FYI, STAB bonus is 50% not 25%. Lead with Froslass or SR makes sash useless. Also, unburden only activates when you lose your item, so you might want to try a pinch berry (petya, probably). The rest looks ok, I guess, but like stated above you should add descriptions.

You don't need 3 rain dancers, you want somebody who resists/is immune to/absorbs electric attacks (ground type, EVire/Jolt) apart from electrode, and you want taunt+explosion on electrode so he doesn't get in the way later.

Why do you have sniper on Kingdra? Everything else is pretty standard but I'd use a different revenge killer over Gengar.

Try ice beam (or something else) over taunt on nidoqueen, I've never found it useful when you can't outspeed what you're supposed to be taunting.

Milktank might want a fighting attack or it gets walled by steel/rock types. I'd personally put pain split on Weezing to keep it alive longer, but I guess if you just want to blow up on stuff then go ahead =)

Apart from what has already been said, I'm not sure why the opponent wasted a moveslot on rain dance solely for his kingdra.

Consider LO Arcanine with HP Grass instead of Thunder fang as this isn't OU and your only worry is mantine. HP Grass will hit almost all bulky waters harder and hits quagsire/gastradon as well. Scarf might be useful but most physical sweepers that you're trying to cripple are pretty slow, so...

Put DD on kingdra, over draco meteor maybe. Surf is nearly as strong in the rain anyways.

BTW bullet punch > sucker punch for dealing with mismagius - otherwise it just subs and CMs on you. Bullet punch is a definite 2hko with max atk evs and adamant - though it doesn't matter as you go before it subs, therefore 2hko after it gets one attack in on you, unboosted shadow ball generally...

You don't want 2 attacks AND 2 healing moves on Blissey - even though they serve different purposes, dropping softboiled for protect (to trigger wish + leftovers) and dropping either attack for TWave/Toxic would serve you better. I personally would go with Toss, since Dugtrio isn't too common...
