Well personally i thought that when i was in the forest and then suddenly i appear in a Time Stand Still Zone i was like "ok wtf?" but yea.. On the Cut using pokemon though... thats a different stroy.. the only pokemon i found that could learn cut was nicuada (however you spell it) But im hoping...

Well when i started the hack and when the professor said to talk to the assistant i didnt and left outside and when i walked back inside i couldnt get the pokedex xS

That took a long time for me to figure out too, but what you have to do is get Cut and then catch a pokemon that can learn it... it took me forever to find one xP Hope that helps you out
