There's this guy in Windmist Town lumberjack club or w.e who says that they've taken care of the Abomasnow problem in the nearby woods or something like that. Yet the guy in front of Abomasnow Woods says it's too dangerous to go there and doesn't let you through. What gives? Or do I remember wrong?

In the intro, on the ship. You guys removed the Game Center area, but just before you wound up at the island, when Hesarg and Mattiello talk about casualties they mention it. The Game Center I mean.

What level does Skuth evolve? To make sure its evolving isn't bugged (not evolving at all) like using Sun or Leaf Stone on Gloom.
