    I will start out by saying this happened on a copy of Red I lost quite some time ago. I used a GameShark to turn a Raticate into a Mew. I used a bunch of Rare Candies I got from using Missingno to level it up to 100, then while fighting the Elite Four my Mew leveled up to 101. I used a Rare...
