I would suggest waiting until you can breed then mass produce and have about 13. 7 for D/P then use the other 6 in FR/Lg and evolve how you want. If you want to do it now, evolve into Jolteon and stop being a slave to the Pikachu!

A hard toss up but the main pokemon that are good i neach one are Firered: Scyther/Scizor, Electabuzz Leaf green: Sneasal, Magmar I like Firered better, but if Scyther was in both I'd probably take leafgreen because green was only game not to reach america. (well it did but became blue version)

Really only what you prefer but I would rather trade then use the strong ones to beat Sevii Islands and get high leveled. Then bring back to original and beat it all again so you get easy level 100. That is how I got my first Typhlosion to level 100 in my silver/gold game.
