Well, think of DarkViolet. That only had 151+newer evolutions, etc. It was still a complete blast to play.

Basically it's a FireRed Hack that will be made into a .CIA to install on a 3DS CFW that supports custom AGB_FIRM. That at least makes the process easier, I'd normally have to convert them myself. (Oh, and it'll still work on regular emulators like VBA-M or MyBoy!.)

You only get one of the Gen 1 starters as well as 1 of their Mega Stones.

When I said no unofficial ones, I was referring to ingame. I'm not even certain fanmade Megas will appear in this game in general, either.

Torterra does not currently have an official Mega Evolution, or an unofficial one, for that matter.

No. That hasn't been publicly discovered in the English FireRed ROMs. One person has done it, but that was in the German ROM and also it wasn't publicly released.

Well, you DO work relatively fast, so I wouldn't be surprised if you finished by the end of this month. I believe you could do it!
