    I haven't stolen anything from DataCrystal. I'm focused on map parts and how to put them together. On datacrystal you can read offsets and data structure in ROM, but you will hardly made a map image with it. But i think that you are just spamming here as dannyboy941 do, so it doesn't matter...

    It supports only fonts, which are used in dialog box, because i was trying to make dialog box in my pokemon game. Images are 2-bit in some special ordering, so it was pretty hard for me to display them, but i have done it and make a program to display them. //Sorry for my bad english

    Transparent Textboxes [FR]

    It could be done only once. But you need to know and replace palette colors, which are stored in ROM, not in RAM. ( It will be applied to every msgbox in the game. ) I think the palette table for fonts (maybe it is also for gumps) is stored at 08471DEC, so you can try to overwrite it.
