I'm taking my friend's theory and saying that traveling through time is going to be an element in this game. To me, it just doesn't look like there are enough cities, so maybe visiting them in the past would get you a different badge. I mean, it not like we need a third time pokemon, but hey...

This isn't based off of France. It IS France. The mountain ranges line up, it is the same shape as the country, and it has a freaking EISFLE TOWER IN IT! (I hope I spelled that right. I'm not good at French.)
