I'm up to nine shinies. I have six from chain fishing relicanth, octillery, poliwag, clauncher, seeking, and magikarp. The poliwag, clauncher, and magikarp I have evolved already. And I have caught three with the pokeradar ditto, plusle, and pangoro. I'd really like a shiny ghastly.

I caught my first shiny today, a shiny relicanth using the chain fishing method, it took a chain of 51 and only about 30 mins or so.
