Currently at 14 badges out of 16 on Soul Silver and my team looks like this: Houndoom Exeggutor Poliwrath Haunter Dragonair Rhydon even though my team is all around lvl 52-53, I still have 3 pokemon not fully evolved! I can't evolve Rhydon until I get an item that I'll have to have all 16...
