Specs toad needs another attack imo,aka Ice beam or Hp Electric/grass.One status move's enough on a choice set. I don't quite see what you're outspeeding with that Ev set-it's the same as adamant 252 Spd loom iirc;I think you're better off investing them in its bulk...
