Red/Blue Soundtrack on Electric Guitars
My friend and I transcribed the entire first Gen soundtrack for two guitars. It was about a six month project and throughout we gained a bunch of respect for its composer, Junichi Masuda. It is a brilliant piece of music and I hope you all think we did it...
While Gen 2 was great, there is nothing better than starting fresh with your choice of a bulbasaur, squirtle or charmander. All great starters, I would go through and play a campaign with each of them
So, my friend and I transcribed RBY music onto two guitars. If you like the original soundtrack you will probably find this really cool:

It's awesome, and it means you still have those classic childhood memories of when Pokemon first came to the States! I can't stand talking to younger fans who have never played RBY or seen the Kanto or Jhoto cartoons
I downloaded the emulators for my computer a while back and have managed to play the original RBY series at least once a semester. It's a great way to get through lecture classes!
I am partial to the first gen music. Bicycle theme is underrated as well as when oak appears, but the highlights have got to be Silph Co., Rocket Hideout, Championship Battle, Gym Leader battle and Wild Pokemon battle
